Best Burgers in Hudson Yards

Hudson Yards isn't a neighborhood you'd associate with great burgers, but Txula (8.4), José Andrés' Basque steakhouse, changed that. The dry-aged patty here lands at #38 citywide and it's one of the best burgers on the west side of Manhattan. P.J. Clarke's (7.3) adds a second ranked burger at its Manhattan West outpost on West 33rd Street, a short walk from Madison Square Garden: the classic Cadillac bacon cheeseburger, reliable rather than remarkable. Hudson Yards still feels like a food court in search of an identity, but Txula proves there's at least one reason to make the trek.
