Best Burgers in Hudson Yards

Hudson Yards isn't a neighborhood you'd associate with great burgers, but Txula (8.4), José Andrés' Basque steakhouse, changed that. The dry-aged patty here landed at #25 citywide and it's one of the best burgers on the west side of Manhattan. Hudson Yards still feels like a food court in search of an identity, but Txula proves there's at least one reason to make the trek.
