SoHo has 3 ranked burgers with a strong ceiling. Raoul's (8.9) serves a burger au poivre in one of NYC's most iconic French bistro settings, landing solidly in the Elite tier. Frog Club (8.4) scored well before it closed, and Lure Fishbar (6.6) covers the mid-range. SoHo has a high floor but limited volume. We have several more spots on our radar here.
