Build the French 75 to the International Bartenders Association’s recipe.
The recipe: 2 : 1 : 1 : 4
- Gin: 2 parts (25%)
- Fresh lemon juice: 1 part (13%)
- Sugar syrup: 1 part (13%)
- Champagne: 4 parts (50%)
Shaken, strained into a flute, topped with Champagne.
IBA shakes 30 ml gin with 15 ml each of lemon and sugar syrup, strains it into a flute, then tops it with 60 ml Champagne and stirs gently.
