Brooklyn is home to the #1 burger in New York City. Red Hook Tavern's 9.7 scoring dry-aged masterpiece in Red Hook. Beyond that crown jewel, the borough is building real depth. Greenpoint now has Sailor (8.1) by April Bloomfield, a legitimate top-35 burger. Williamsburg contributes Diner (8.4) and Emmy Squared (7.3). Brooklyn's challenge is that too many of its best neighborhoods are still unranked on our list. Park Slope, Bushwick, Crown Heights, Fort Greene.
